Leever Cancer Center Supports Inaugural Ms. Beauty of Courage Pageant Honoring Cancer Survivors

The Harold Leever Regional Cancer Center is proud to support the inaugural Ms. Beauty of Courage Pageant, a one-of-a-kind event celebrating the strength, resilience, and beauty of women who have faced cancer. The pageant will take place on Sunday, May 18, 2025, at the Heritage Hotel and Spa in Southbury, CT.

More than just a competition, the Ms. Beauty of Courage Pageant is a powerful platform for cancer patients and survivors to share their journeys, inspire others, and raise funds for the American Cancer Society. Women over 18, married or unmarried, are encouraged to apply to compete.

“This event is about recognizing the courage and resilience of cancer survivors,” said Deborah Parkinson, Operations Director at the Leever Cancer Center. “It’s an opportunity for these incredible women to step into the spotlight, share their stories, and remind us all of the power of hope and perseverance.”
